Grandstream GRP Series Setup #
Complete configuration manual for PeerOne SIP services.
What you need to get started #
- A Grandstream GRP IP Phone (e.g., GRP2615)
- Valid login credentials for the extension and password
- Your assigned PeerOne SIP server (e.g., xyz
.peeronevoip.com)
To identify your phone's IP address (DHCP enabled by default):
Connecting to the Phone #
Open your preferred web browser and enter the phone's IP address. If this is your first login, you will be prompted to update the password.
Default Credentials: username: admin, Password: admin
Note: For GRP models, the default admin password is printed on the sticker below the IP Phone.

General Settings #
Navigate to: Accounts >> Account 1 >> General Settings

| SIP Server | Your PeerOne domain url, exp: xyz.peeronevoip.com |
| BLF Server | (Optional) Same as your SIP Server |
| SIP User ID | Your extension number |
| Authenticate ID | Your extension number |
| Authenticate Password | Your extension number password |
| Name | Caller ID Display Name (See requirements below) |
| Voice mail accesss number | *97 |
Important for Name/Display Name Field:
- Enter outbound Caller ID Name in CAPITAL LETTERS for better visibility.
- No special characters; spaces are allowed.
- Max 15 characters (limit for most Canadian providers).
SIP Basic Settings #
Navigate to: Accounts >> Account 1 >> SIP Settings >> Basic Settings

| SIP Transport | Select TCP |
| SUBSCRIBE for MWI | Select Yes |
| SUBSCRIBE for Registration | Select Yes |
Click Save and Apply at the bottom of the page to finalize your configuration.
