Polycom VVX 3xx & 4xx Configuration #
Complete manual for provisioning PeerOne SIP services.
1. Access the Web Configuration Utility #
Connect the phone to a network with DHCP. It typically takes 1-2 minutes to boot. Obtain the IP address via the handset:

2. Configure NTP Settings #
Set up backup NTP settings to ensure accurate time in case DHCP does not provide it:

When finished, click Save at the bottom of the page.
3. Configure SIP Settings #
Go to: Settings >> Lines. You must configure each line button individually (starting with Line 1).

Identification #

- Enter name in CAPITAL LETTERS for better visibility.
- No special characters; spaces are allowed.
- Max 15 characters (Standard for Canadian providers).

Click Save at the bottom of the page when finished.
4. Restart and Verify #
To apply settings, restart the phone:
Click "Yes" when prompted. Once rebooted, the display should show the phone online and registered on the PeerOne Control Panel.
